The leakage part of the system of the shearing machine is mainly the lower cover of the cylinder, the seal between the shaft and the hole. The original sealing ring is the shaft sealing ring 35, that is, 50 × 35 × 10, which is installed in the hole of the lower cover of the cylinder, and the hole is used as a stopper. The ring is pressed tightly, and the existing national standard product 35 is: 43 × 35 × 10, and the outer diameter differs by 7mm. We use the method of machining a steel sleeve with an outer diameter of 50mm, an inner diameter of 43mm and a thickness of 10mm to install the sealing ring, and then insert the steel sleeve into the hole of the lower cover.
Install an O-ring 42.5×3.55 on the gasket. In this way, the lower end face of the steel sleeve can compress the O-ring and increase the inner diameter of the gasket 2 to compress the gasket, thereby effectively preventing In the process of implementation, the thickness of the steel sleeve must be appropriate, so that the retaining ring can not only be installed, but also the steel sleeve can be pressed against the O-ring without leakage. After careful measurement, carefully The calculation finally solved this problem. After installation and debugging, there is no leakage and good operation.
